Quacquarelli Symonds has finally launched the list of Globally top 100 Universities of the world and unluckly no Indian University managed attaining a spot in the list. Despite making major improvements in the educational sector and focusing on qualitative education not being able to secure a rank amidst top 100 is a big failure for the Indian Education System.

IISc Bangalore, IIT-Bombay and IIT-Delhi however managed getting a place in Globally top 200 Universities of the World. IIT Bombay also emerged out to be the best Indian University consecutivey for the second time. QS World University Rankings also had the names of 23 Indian Universities in its list this year.

Improvements in the research work has been entitled as the reason behind IIT-Bombay's progress. IISc Bangalore also managed to secure second highest score in the research department. Top Asian Universities also have the names of National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University in it's list.
